By far one of my favorite pods. Amy is lovely and informative and the pod doesnt nosedive into politics and stuff like others do. Amy stays on topic and is always a lot of fun. Highly recommended for any 80s or 90s kids!

I have so many emotions each episode, having so much fun remembering those care free years, and also thinking about life without my own sister is not fun… Also remembering the ‘carefree’ 80s and 90s, and knowing now all the damage that happened to the world during those years, leading to my personal need to have a podcast about sustainability, to work to repair what we did back then. I love the flashback, and all the feelings that come with them.

I have had the joy of knowing and working with Amy when we were employees of the same high school. Our lunch room conversations were filled with Amy’s wonderful antidotes and observations. Wonderful job Amy! I never miss an episode.

This is by far one of the best podcasts out there. Every episode is such a fun nostalgia rush and Amy is lovely! I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys 80s and 90s nostalgia.

Along the way, not only are you steeped in nostalgia but you learn so many fascinating tidbits and gain a new, adult perspective on what was experienced during childhood. The podcast is dedicated to her older sister Becky, who comes alive as a companion on this journey. Love is a central theme of Amy’s work and I can think of no better inspiration.

This is a great podcast to listen to on my long commute! I feel so nostalgic listening to Amy describe the retro pop culture that I grew up with myself. Amy is so funny and informative all at the same time! This podcast is in memory of her big sister and is a wonderful tribute to her. A little nostalgia is a great thing, especially in difficult times when we need a break from the stressors in our lives and this podcast does just that! I can’t wait for the next episode!

Every episode is filled with moments that make me say,"I remember that!" as well as facts I never knew before. My favorite episodes so far are Episode 1, The Golden Girls (so many cool tidbits about the actresses!), Episode 11, History of Fisher Price Toys (so many memorie about my favorite toys) and Episode 12, Troop Beverly Hills (such a fun and quotable movie!). I find her podcast even more engaging because of her personal anecdotes about her childhood and about her older sister. This personal element brings a unique tone to the podcast. Tune in now - you'll be glad you did!
