violinist/producer
Asher Laub started formal classical violin training at the tender age of two and had already performed with the Buffalo Philharmonic by the age of 13. Since then, his growing talent has made him evolve into a cutting-edge electric violinist with a gift for improvisation that spans multiple genres.
Asher has performed as a soloist in iconic venues such as Madison Square Garden, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and the Jacob Javits Center. His multicultural repertoire has won him acclaim across four continents. Asher’s high-energy shows have been featured live on PBS and have made headlines on major media outlets such as CNN, WABC, NBC, and the New York Post.
In 2014, Asher faced a significant health challenge that affected his mobility. Instead of giving up, he chose to push forward and reinvent himself as a dancing violinist. He merged hip hop, pop, EDM, rock, and other genres with breakdancing and acrobatic choreography. His live performances reflect his unstoppable spirit and joy, inspiring others to break down social and physical barriers.
Asher’s latest original single, "Misirlou," has been critically acclaimed and is available for streaming on iTunes and all major platforms. He is currently finishing his forthcoming original album, "Neon Dreams." With his growing fan base and innovative approach to music, Asher is working to influence societal norms and conventional thinking about musical performance.
